What the Job Is Really Like
We will be straight with you, because that is how we operate. This is physical work in serious environments: trauma scenes, unattended deaths, hoarding conditions. You will wear protective equipment, follow strict safety protocols, and see difficult things. You will also be trained thoroughly, supported by your crew, and never sent into anything you are not prepared for. Many of our best technicians came from healthcare, the military, first response, and the trades. What they share is composure, compassion, and pride in doing hard work well.
What We Look For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical capability for demanding work, including lifting and working in PPE
- Availability for on-call rotations, since emergencies do not keep business hours
- Compassion and discretion, always. This one is not bracketed because it is not negotiable.
